Thanks for stopping by my page.

I feel best when creating works that are distinctive, challenge easy categorization,
capture the synergy of melding diverse media, and blur the lines between watercolor, mark making,
acrylic pouring, and action painting styles.

My latest adventures have been in the direction of mark-making techniques, ‘strip weaving,’ and montage, 
as the mixture of different media and surfaces within a work seems to ‘abstract the abstracts.’

The media used are mostly liquid and include acrylic inks, liquid watercolor, metallic watercolor, pearlescent inks,
dyes, surfactants, and maybe a drop of alcohol ink.  My preferred surfaces to work on have been
synthetic papers like Yupo™ and Grafix Dura-Bright™.
