New Grant Awards

In October 2022, I was blessed to be a chosen as both a Gobioff Foundation Microgrant Recipient and a Hillsborough Arts Council Professional Development Grant Recipient.

Gobioff Foundation Micro-grant Program

The goal of the program is to enhance the cultural landscape of Hillsborough and Pinellas counties through small grants that encourage and make possible publicly accessible art projects and events.

I am honored and very grateful to be one of the four artists awarded a grant in this cycle. Also, interested to see a Carnegie Mellon connection, as the organization's founder was a CMU PhD student.

Funds will be used to help with framing for "Non-linear."

Hillsborough County Professional Development Grant for Artists

The Arts Council's Professional Development for Artists (PDA) Grant Program provides support for specific projects that advance the careers of artists in Hillsborough County. Funds may go toward an education experience or a piece of equipment that will help the artist develop his/her professional skills.

I am very grateful for the opportunity to participate.

Funds will be used for a large format rotary cutter which will help accurately size paper, canvas and strips for weaves and custom sized commissions.
